EXCHANGE & RETURN 7 DAY POLICY
EXCHANGE & RETURNS
- We have a 7 day policy where we will accept exchanges or returns if the product is damaged. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is damage.
RETURNING ITEMS
- We will replace the defective or damaged item. Please send us a photo via email to info@artisansmith.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and we require a photo of the damaged product.
- Please choose your items carefully when ordering as we do not accept returns if you simply change your mind.
- To return your product, you will need to email info@artisansmith.com.au and we will provide you with the return information and return shipping details.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
REFUNDS
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- Refunds will be processed after we have inspected the items. We will notify you before doing do so.
