EXCHANGE & RETURN 7 DAY POLICY

We have a 7 day policy where we will accept exchanges or returns if the product is damaged. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is damage.

We will replace the defective or damaged item. Please send us a photo via email to info@artisansmith.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and we require a photo of the damaged product.
Please choose your items carefully when ordering as we do not accept returns if you simply change your mind.
To return your product, you will need to email info@artisansmith.com.au and we will provide you with the return information and return shipping details.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Refunds will be processed after we have inspected the items. We will notify you before doing do so.
